Quick and Easy Beef Mince Stir-Fry!

Hi Everyone, and welcome back! This is Emanuela and today, I will be sharing with you my favourite recipe for this week, which includes a quick and easy beef mince noodle stir-fry. I chose this recipe as it is an easy recipe for anybody who is on a budget, or needs a quick meal for on-the-go. It takes only 10 minutes and has 4 servings. It consists of easy ingredients which are easily available within a supermarket such as Coles and is super tasty, with a hint of chilli for those of you who like spice (like I do). Simple Beef Burger

Burger's are pretty easy to make, as well as being fairly cheap to make. Now, this is a highly modular recipe, and is meant to more so act as a base to build off rather than a strict structure. For instance, you could caramelize some onions and chuck them on the burger, use some different sauces, add some jalapenos, maybe use two burgers instead of one, the list is only limited by your imagination. Personally, I'd add some crisped bacon onto the burger for just a bit of extra crunch and flavor. Aside from that, this is a very simple recipe once you get the hang of it, and is very open to experimentation. In fact, I would insist that you experiment with this particular recipe. In fact, this recipe is so modular, if you really wanted to, you could change the mince, go half and half with some other mince, but if you do decide to do that, keep in mind that it will cook slightly different to how this recipe cooks, so be sure to vary the times.
